Refund policy
Last updated: 2026-07-07
We want you to buy with confidence. This page explains when refunds are available and how to request one.
1. Scope
This policy covers purchases made directly in the app or on this website: credit packs and subscription plans. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are refunded through the respective store — see "Mobile store purchases" below.
2. Credit packs (one-time purchases)
Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. A pack counts as used once any of its credits have been spent; partially used packs are refunded at our discretion, less the value of the credits consumed.
3. Subscriptions
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not prorate partial periods unless required by law.
If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review the refund — unused renewal periods are normally refunded in full.
4. Failed payments
If a renewal charge fails, we notify you by email and the payment provider retries automatically for a limited time. Update your payment method in Settings → Billing to keep the subscription active; if the charge keeps failing, the subscription expires without further cost to you.
5. Mobile store purchases
Purchases made via in-app purchase are billed by Apple or Google, and refunds are governed by their policies. Request App Store refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com; request Google Play refunds from your order history. We cannot issue refunds for store-billed purchases directly.
6. How to request a refund
Email our support address (see the site footer) from the email associated with your account, including the order number shown in Settings → Orders. We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; bank processing may take 5–10 business days.
7. Fair use
Refunds are meant to protect honest customers. Repeated purchase-and-refund patterns, chargeback abuse, or refund requests after consuming a substantial part of the purchase may be declined and can lead to account restrictions, as described in the Terms of Service.
8. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your place of residence (e.g. the EU 14-day withdrawal right, where applicable).
